Can a Slab have a Sloping Elevation Point?

Steps to Resolve

Slabs and Slab Forms are only planar elements and cannot be sloped at any points.  If you need to create a slope for a drain in a slab, it might be better to use a Free Form where any of its points can be on a different elevation.
