Problem

I've noticed that a few of the structural export options that were available in previous versions, such as RAM Structural Systems (*.rss) and SFrame (*.tel) are no longer available.  Is there an alternative?

Solution

Bentley Systems recommends using the *.ism format wherever possible for more consistent compatibility. The ISM tools are located in the same Structural Import/Export task panel where the Structural Import/Export tools exist (default position mapping character "E").  If you have any additional questions or issues related to this topic please contact the Bentley Building Products Support team.
