Problem Description

IFC export of COBie spreadsheet exports empty.

Steps to Resolve

The problem is related to the I-model ODBC Drivers (under Programs and Features) and it is the reason why the IFC COBie spreadsheet exports empty.  In order to have the spreadsheet to populate first close the AECOsim then uninstall the ODBC Drivers highlighted in the image bellow (I-model ODBC Driver for WIN 7 (x64) and ODBC Driver for WIN 7 01.01.00019) after the uninstall  is complete run a "Repair” on the other two ODBC Drivers version 01.03.01.030.

Now open AECOsim and proceed to perform the IFC COBie export.
