Problem Description

How to input a unique Item ID number to a cell so that each time the cell is placed, it will have the same Item ID?

Steps to Resolve

First select the cell that will have the unique Item ID number and right click, from the menu select "Modify Selected Component" then in the Modify dialog box select the DataGroup Catalog Editor icon, once open go to the Item ID section and input the desired ID. Make sure to save so that the changes in the DataGroup are validated, you should now see the new Item ID ready for selection when the cell it’s been placed.
