Problem

Is there a Cadworks Object Enabler available for AECOSIM Building Designer? We can open a Cadworks file, but all native objects displa as wireframe without any attributes.

Solution

No, it seems that Intergraph does not currently provide a Cadworx object enabler for MicroStation based applications such as AECOsim Building Designer. The current list of object enablers is located here: http://www.coade.com/All-Product-Downloads.shtml

They also include a PDF charting the various model formats supported and how to use them in other applications: http://www.intergraph.com/assets/pdf/SPIOP_2015R1_3DModelFormatsandFiles.pdf For CADWorx 2015 to MicroStation (or AECOsim) they suggest .dwg or .drv (design review), with at least RealDWG 2013 installed (included with SELECTseries5 or greater).
