Problem

When opening AECOsim Building Designer I get the error “Data Group System  - XML Error: Error Parsing: MRU_Lookups.xml”.   Why is this error happening and how can I fix it?

Solution

The XML was either changed, contains bad data or it is missing.  Locate the .xml  following the path indicated in the error message and replace the  MRU_Lookups.xml with a new one, acquire the file either from another colleague in your office or you can also use the one below:
