AECOsim Building Designer SS5
When Walls are modified using handles or the Modify Form tool and exported to IFC, the values reported to the Wall Dimensions and Base Quantities tabs/groups of the resulting IFC file will be the dimensions used when the wall was originally placed, not the subsequently modified values.
AECOsim Building Designer SS6
We have suppressed the presentation of originally placed height, length and thickness values in the Wall Dimensions and Base Quantities tabs tab in our SS6 IFC export to avoid confusion pending resolution of this defect.
Workaround
When viewed in Solibri Model Viewer the correct modified values are reported in the Quantities tab.
