Problem Description

When a DGN file having one or more other DGN files referenced in it, is exported to ISM the structural elements of the referenced files are found to be missing.

Steps to Resolve

When you 'Create' an ISM repository, the Export to ISM dialogue box appears.

Go to Settings tab and toggle on "Reference Files" option.

 Then you should be able to export all the members to ISM.
