Overview
How to log a SR informing of any problem with Service Request Manager (SRM):
- From the windows system tray, click on arrow and then click on Connection Client and it will load Bentley portal i.e. connect.bentley.com


- In connect center, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on New Service Request Button.

- Upon clicking on New Service Request, it will redirect to the below page.

- In the opened page, select other account and fill in all the necessary details accordingly and hit Submit.
