Overview

How to log a SR  informing of any problem with Service Request Manager (SRM):

  1. From the windows system tray, click on arrow and then click on Connection Client and it will load Bentley portal i.e. connect.bentley.com





  2. In connect center, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on New Service Request Button.




  3. Upon clicking on New Service Request, it will redirect to the below page.



  4. In the opened page, select other account and fill in all the necessary details accordingly and hit Submit.
