Cable Tray Hanger brackets are not placed at the correct scale

Problem

When I place a Hanger for a Cable Tray, the Hanger itself is OK but the bracket seems to be placed at about 10% of the expected size, so a 400mm bracket actually measures 4mm.  This is the case for Threaded Rod hangers and other variations.

Solution

This was determined to be an issue specific to Metric datasets, where the Raceway Hanger brackets are being incorrectly scaled based on the model's Solids Resolution and Area values. For example, a typical Resolution of 1000 per Millimeter with a corresponding Area of 4.294967km will result in the bracket being scaled down by a factor of 100, while a Resolution of 10 per Millimeter with an Area of 429.496730km allows the bracket geometry be scaled correctly.  Since changing the Solids Working Area value causes existing geometry to be scaled incorrectly, Defect 1060062 has been filed so that the issue may be addressed in a future release.

As a workaround, if you don't need to maintain the Electrical object intelligence you can drop the Hanger assembly and scale just the bracket by 100 using the About Element Center option. In the video below a Hanger assembly is first dropped three times since it's essentially a "nested" cell, so in order to separate the bracket from the threaded rods it requires multiple operations to remove those groupings.  The original incorrectly scaled geometry which remains is then deleted, and finally the bracket is scaled by a factor of 100 about its center so that it aligns with the threaded rods.
