If tracing rooms too far apart then the software may not recognise them as being adjacent.

Method

If there is a gap between your rooms then you may need to increase your Adjacent Tolerance setting. This can be found as below:

Rooms created thereafter will recognise adjacent rooms within this range, and exposed surfaces will automatically be changed to internal.
