Working From Home
In these challenging times when COVID-19 is imposing significant disruptions to day-to-day activities and affecting normal business flow. If you are encountering an issue getting set up to work from home, please indicate by checking this box so we can direct it to the appropriate resources to deal with.
Overview
How to log a SR informing of any problem with Service Request Manager (SRM) while working from home during emergency :
- From the windows system tray, click on arrow and then click on Connection Client and then click on CONNECT Center and it will load Bentley portal i.e. connect.bentley.com


- In connect center, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on New Service Request Button.

- Upon clicking on New Service Request, it will redirect to the below page.

- In the opened page, select other account and fill in all the necessary details accordingly and hit Submit.
NOTE : Please ensure to check the WORK FROM HOME checkbox .
