How to display OPSE Supports in Generated Isometric

Background

OPSE allows us to place supports in the model. By default, these supports are not reported when the isometric is generated. This wiki allows the user to enable the supports to be reported in the output generated by OpenPlant Isometrics Manager.

Steps to Accomplish

  1. Reference the OPM model in OPSE model.

  2. Invoke the support that needs to be placed on the pipe.

  3. Select the pipe and follow the prompt.

  4. From the dialog select a relevant catalog record.

  5. When this is loaded scroll down to find Object to be shown on ISO check mark. Enable it.

  6. Click OK for placement.

  7. Now when the isometric is generated it will contain the support.

  8. One can also see that it is present in the Bill of Materials.
