Overview
There are times when Bentley Support Professionals ask for certain files like WorkSpaces, Access Database Files etc. which are required for investigation and they must be uploaded in a certain manner.
This wiki demonstrates the procedure to provide the required file in the upload link.
Steps to Accomplish
Launch File Explorer and enable Hidden Files from the View Tab.
- Browse the directory where WorkSpace is located.
- Select the WorkSpace and the WorkSpace.cfg file and compress to make a zip file.
- Launch the Link provided by Bentley Analyst.
- Enter the required details in the link and click Continue.
- Drag and drop the zip file in the window and select Upload.
- Once the Upload is complete the progress bar disappears and Uploaded message can be seen.
