Overview

Some user may face “Unhandled Exception c0000005 (Access Violation Reading 0x6000b0d) at address d1d1c271h”  error when  tried to launch AutoPLANT Modeler Session.

Background

This error generally occurs due to following reasons.

1.When user install Microsoft Access Database Engine before installation of AutoPLANT Modeler

Note: User can install the Microsoft Access Database Engine after  installation of AutoPLANT Modeler

2.Install multiple versions of Microsoft Office on the same machine.

This wiki article explains the steps to help resolve this issue.

Steps to Resolve

Case 1

If user has installed Microsoft Access Database Engine before installation of AutoPLANT Modeler

1.Unistall the Microsoft Access Database Engine

2.Unistall  AutoPLANT Modeler CONNECT Edition  

3.Reinstall  AutoPLANT Modeler CONNECT Edition

4.Install Microsoft Access Database Engine

Case 2

If user has Install multiple version of Microsoft Office version

1.Uninstall the Microsoft Office 

2.Uninstall AutoPLANT Modeler CONNECT Edition

3.Reinstall AutoPLANT Modeler CONNECT Edition
