Problem
The brick pattern size in a drawing is not correct in the forward view after creating a Geometry Map for the material used by the assigned Part's Rendering Properties.
Solution
In order to change the size of the brick pattern used in the forward view of a drawing, it is necessary to open the Geometry Map for that material and change the cell to one that is appropriate for the view. If no Cell is available at the correct size, a new one needs to be created.
- Select Settings > Rendering > Materials to open the Material Editor dialog.
- Select Settings > Advanced Mode in the dialog box.
- Select the material on the left side of the box.
- Select the arrow next to "Geometry" on the right side of the box to "On".
- Then click the icon next to the arrow to open the Geometry Map dialog for the material.
- Click on the Find Cell magnifying glass to select a different Cell.
- Then close the dialog and a new cell with a different size should be used for the rendered material in the drawing view.
