I am not able to see the correct symbology in drawing views, and some elements are missing their cut fill. Where are symbology settings defined for drawing views?
Drawing symbology settings are derived from the part & family assigned to the elements. To check the settings open the Family/Part Editor and then from the Parts View dropdown select Drawing Symbology. Check whether the Section and F&R attribute toggles are ticked, as well as Cut Pattern > Fill where applicable. If they are not ticked then the symbology will not be displayed according to the Parts View.
Toggle them on and then reload the drawing and you should see the correct symbology.
If the symbology is still incorrect and you are still missing the cut fill, make sure the family and part names displayed in the element flyover exactly match those shown in the Family/Part Editor. If for any reason the family or part names were changed after the elements were placed, the two will no longer be in sync and the elements will be unable to read the expected settings.
An easy way to test this is by using the Family/Part Editor button in the Building Element Info tool > Identification tab . When opened, the Family/Part Editor should automatically navigate to the selected element's Part. If it does not, then there is a disconnect between the element's assigned part and that in the Family/Part Editor.
