Converting reference files as DWG format

Problem Description

How to convert the referenced DGN file into DWG format in OpenBuildings Designer?

Solution

  1. After opening the container file which contains the reference files go to File > Export > Common File Types > DWG and the export file dialog box will pop up. Then click on Options to select the settings for DWG export.

 

  1. After opening the DWG export settings go to References tab and choose the below options as shown in the screengrab below and export the files.

   

  1. Finally, after exporting the file we can see that the reference files got exported to DWG format as well.
