Overview

While working with AutoPLANT and OpenPlant Isometrics Manager CONNECT Edition, user may face below error message while generating isometric drawing and unable to launch the OpenPlant Seed file from the Project Administrator.

 This wiki article explains the steps to resolve this error message.

Background

This issue generally happens when the license for OpenPlant Isometric Manager and Plant Project tool  is not activated properly in Bentley license Management tool or many times this  issue can be happen due to IT restriction & Antivirus activated in the machine.

Steps to Resolve

1.Exclude the IsometricsManager exe files from the Antivirus restriction.

 

2.Remove the IT restriction for Isometrics Manager folders from the below directory.

 

C:\Program Files\Bentley\OpenPlant CONNECT Edition\IsometricsManager
