Background
In OpenPlant IM CE, new tool has been introduced to export the output of isometric to various formats as per need. This wiki article will explain how to get different isometric outputs as follows.
Steps to Accomplish
- Launch OpenPlant Modeler CONNECT Edition.
- Select desired workspace > workset from the interface & Place any piping components.
- From pipeline manager, select pipeline, choose required isometric style (here CHECK) & auto-generate iso-sheet as shown
- Right-click on the generated isometric & open the containing folder as shown
- Notice that, upon opening the containing folder there is only single dgn available in the folder as shown.
- Once done, the OpenPlant Isometric Manager interface will open. Launch style editor as shown
- Select the correct style & click on output format. Check-on the boxes & save. Attached the snap below for the same.
- Click on start. Once done, do right click & open containing folder as shown
- Once the folder is opened, notice that dgn is placed as shown in step-7. To see the various output format files, open the exports folder & check whether all format is created as desired.
