How to set Precision Coordinates for Components in PCF file.

Background

In OpenPlant Isometrics Manager CE, when the output is exported to PCF file, the coordinates precision is in decimal format upto for digit as shown

Now, the requirement is to round up these values to the single-digit number. Follow the below steps to achieve the results.

Steps to Accomplish

  1. Open pcf.ini from the location C:\ProgramData\Bentley\OpenPlant CONNECT Edition\Configuration\WorkSpaces\OpenPlantExample\WorkSets\Metric\Standards\OpenPlant\Isometrics\styles\IFC\config



  2. Search for the configuration variable OPT_CoordPrecision & make it 0 & save it as shown below


    By default, this is set to 4. i.e number of digits after decimal points. One can set it as desired.

  3. Regenerate the PCF file again to see the results.

  4. Notice that, the values is now rounded up as shown
