Unable to retrieve any components from the current specification

Problem Description

At times when the user installs a fresh version of OpenPlant Modeler CONNECT Edition, there is a possibility that component sizes are not listed in the Standard Preferences dialog and gets the following message.

Steps to Resolve

1. Uninstall any available versions of Access Database Engine.
   
   
   
   
2. Access the link mentioned below.
   
   www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx
   
   
3. Click on Download.
   
   
   
   
4. Download Microsoft access Database Engine 2016 64-bit .
   
   
   
   
5. Install Access Database Engine, confirm in Control Panel.
   
   
   
   
6. Verify Results.
