Problem

I am trying to watch a few OpenBuildings Designer training videos through CONNECT Advisor, but each time I click on a link I get a script error similar to this one:

Solution

If you are running CONNECT Advisor 10.1.0.245 or earlier check your CONNECTION Client app, which should display a newer version of CONNECT Advisor available, 10.1.0.283. You may have to update CONNECTION Client itself first, but after doing so and then upgrading CONNECT Advisor, you should be able to view the same videos that were causing the script error.
