Problem Description

The door is not on the same level with floor in DGN. It looks like there is an offset between door and floor level. How to fix this issue?

Steps to Resolve

In door or window placement tool, there is a parameter, "Sill Height". The Sill Height is the height from ground level to bottom edge of the door/window, it is like a vertical offset distance from floor level. Generally, Sill height requires while placing window. In case of Door generally there is no need to provide Sill Height. So, if you have any existing Door with defined Sill Height and you are wanting to place the door in align with Floor Level, you need to modify the Sill Height.

To Modify-
1. Select the Door
2. Click Modify Door
3. Change Sill Height.
