Problem
While installing OpenBuildings Designer Update 10, this error message pops up every time and closes the installation process.
Solution
The installation was being run while the executable file was still in the Windows \Download folder. The issue was resolved after moving the installer EXE file from the \Downloads folder to a different location, in this case the D:\ drive. So, please check whether there are any restrictions for the Windows \Downloads folder.
