Background
In OpenPlant PID CONNECT Edition, As per user’s request, how to place Valve With a Solenoid( Letter 's' ) With a Style. User having placed a control valve with a solenoid, the letter 's' is placed without a style and it comes about 4 inches. This wiki article explains the procedure for it.

Steps to Accomplish
- Launch Bentley Class Editor.
- Open OpenPlant.PID.01.08.ecschema.xml and Supplement it with OpenPlant_PID_supplemental_Desging 01.08.ecschema.xml.

- Navigate the Actuator class in the schema and click on the single solenoid operator class. In the component, fixed text list custom attribute add text style as your project requirement.
- Save all the schema changes.
- Place the control valve using a single solenoid operator as shown below.
