Problem

OBD crashes when opening Deck Tool with Exception code 0xe0434352.

 

Solution

In Services, confirm that Bentley Property Catalog Service status is running. If stopped, start the service then relaunch OBD.

 

 

If the Bentley Property Catalog Service is missing, check in Programs and Features whether you have Itwin Analytical Synchronizer installed. If not, download the app from this link. After installation, reboot your machine and confirm in Services whether the Bentley Property Catalog Service is running.
