Background

In OpenPlant Modeler CONNECT Edition,sometimes user needs to check if there is any clash between pipelines.Here in this wiki we shall shall see how to detect clashes between pipelines.

Steps to Accomplish

  1. Launch OpenPlant Modeler CONNECT Edition



  2. Once the model is loaded. Go to Analyze tab and Click on Clash Detection.



  3. After clicking on Clash Detection, a dialog will open shown below.

  4. In the clash detection window, click on + icon to Create New Job.



  5. Give the Name for Job “NEW JOB”, select all the Pipeline and drag these selected pipelines in the below column under Set-A and Set-B.



  6. Once the Pipeline is dragged, click on Process and after the detection windows finishes it will come up with the detection results



  7. Verify Results as below.





  8. We can also save the results and export the clash detection results in excel format. Image below.
