Overview
There are times when the users want to extract reports from a specific drawing. User could get a cumulative reports of components based on their class and type (e.g. equipment, piping component etc.)
This wiki allows us to extract In Drawing reports of the components in excel readable format.
Steps to Accomplish
- Launch OpenPlant Modeler CONNECT Edition and load the model.
- Enable the OpenPlant Modeler worflow.
- From the Piping ribbon, Tools group select Reports.
- Select In Drawing reports.
- The In Drawing reports dialog will open.
- Expand the Equipment node and select the first report.
- Right-click on the Equipment and select Export Results.
- A dialog will open asking us the directory where the output could be saved.
- Save this report, it will create an excel readable report in the provided directory.
- Review the reports.
