The Wiki will illustrate in how to fix no weld issue that occurs when placing a Thredolet. This is due to a missing field in Specs. Follow below to know the steps.

1. Identifying Source: As seen below it should also show “Fluid Port” info in the Spec window before Placement (when multiple records).
Instead it shows only “End Preparation”.
2. Open Spec MDB, go to Design View for OLET table and add END_COND_3 as shown below.
3. Keep the END_COND_3 Empty/Blank.
4. Save the Spec and reopen OpenPlant Modeler to try again.
5. The weld will now occur.
