Problem

Grid lines are not visible in Structural Plans. What needs to be done so that we can see the grids in our drawings?

Solution

To enable grid lines in a drawing model you need to navigate to the Reference Presentation dialog. There are multiple ways to do this but the easiest way is by clicking on the dialog button in the Settings tool group. 

Once the Reference Presentation dialog is open, from the Building panel > General tab check the toggle for Grid Lines if not already enabled then push the changes to the saved view definition by clicking on the blue arrow icon.

 

After reloading you should be able to see your grids in the drawing model.
