Overview
For an added derived class, requirement is to show the added class in tag management portal.
Background
For a PlantSight enabled workset, when a derived class is added that class doesn’t show directly in tag management portal of Engineering Data Manager. Below wiki article will explain the procedure to achieve such customization. For this exercise, we will consider a custom added class named as Demo Generic Instrument. Below wiki article, can be referred for the addition of custom class.

Steps to Accomplish
- Launch Bentley Class Editor.
Note: For this customization, Class Editor V8i has been used. - Load OpenPlant.01.08.ecschema and supplement it with OpenPlant_Supplemental_Tagging.01.08.ecschema from desired workset location.
- Go to UNIT class, right-mouse click and select Custom Attributes > Copy as shown below.

- From Copy Custom Attributes dialog, select Requires Unique BusinessKey custom attribute, using drop arrow move selected custom attribute to Copied Custom Attribute section. Click on Copy to copy the custom attribute.

- Search for newly added class in this case its Demo_Generic_Instrument. Right click on the class and select Custom Attributes > Paste. Refer image as shown below.

- Once pasted, enter exact class name to Class Scope under Require Unique BusinessKey as shown below.

- Save all the schema changes.
- Using OpenPlant Project Administrator, for modified workset perform Upgrade to push the latest schema changes to iModel.
- Load PlantSight Tag Management portal and notice that Demo Generic Instrument enlist for tag creation.
