Issue Description

It has been observed that when a user got the error "unable to retrieve component size from Spec", We recommend reinstall the Microsoft Access Database Engine 2016 X64 bit. (Refer to the attached wiki article 

unable-to-retrieve-any-component-sizes-from-the-current-specification)

But, when uninstallation is done. & while installing the new version of the AccessDatabase engine, a user got these 2 error messages as shown

This won't allow to install the same. In this wiki article, we will discuss how to install the same silently.

Steps to Accomplish

1. Download the Access Database engine 2016 X64 from the link below 
   
   https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=54920
   
   
2. Take care, while choosing the setup file for X64 bit. Refer to attached images below
   
   
   
   
3. Go to location C:\Users\Shubham.Sawant\Downloads > type CMD there & hit enter as shown
   
   
   
   
   
4. A command prompt will now pop up with the path. Copy the setup file name & paste in the command  as shown
   
   
   
   
5. After that, hit in <space bar> & type " /quiet" & hit enter as shown
   
   
   
   
6. Wait few seconds & the X64 bit version is now installed in the machine.
