iTwin Synchronizer Install and Launch Logs

When there is an issue with the installation or launching iTwin Synchronizer; product support will need screen captures of any errors presented and the logs.  Collect logging for installation or application start at the locations indicated below. Attach the logs and screen capture to any Service Request created.
