Error message: "File is Protected"

Issue:

• Synchronization was not able to open the file for processing and failed. 

Cause:

• The file is protected

Solution:

• Please check that you have permission to both open and export the file. Fix any identified issue. 
• Restart the synchronization.
• Contact Bentley support if this still fails for the same reason.
