How to use Custom Component Gallery in OpenPlant Modeler

Background  

If the user wants to add ribbon to access easily the commonly used components in Component Gallery. This will be helpful for having organized components in one ribbon.

Steps to Accomplish

  1. Navigate to OPModeler.dgnlib.
    Note: Use required Workspace and Workset.
  2. Go to Customize Ribbon and expand OpenPlant Modeler folder.
  3. Right click in Piping Gallery Components and select Add New Group.
     Note: Provide any name (example: Test Tool Group).
  4. Select Test Tool Group then add the preferred components.
  5. Go to Piping, right click on Piping Galleries, and select Add New Button.
  6. Provide any name (example: Test Only). Fill up necessary details below. In Key-in, enter Besm Menucontext Test Tool Group
    Note: Test Tool Group in key-in is the folder name created in Piping Gallery Components. Click Apply.
  7. Test Tool Group will appear in Component Gallery.
  8. If the user wants to re-arrange the sequence in Component Gallery, go to Piping Gallery Components, select and drag Test Tool Group to any position. Once done, click Apply.
