Background
When Isometric is extracted in dwg format from OPIM CE, the dimension text is not editable or is in polyline format. This wiki article, will help to modify/edit or convert polyline into text edit format of dwg.
Steps To Accomplish
- Navigate to the project path and open the required style's "config" folder in which all style's configuration files are stored. By default this folder can be found at these locations:
C:\ProgramData\Bentley\OpenPlant CONNECT Edition\Configuration\WorkSpaces\OpenPlantExample\WorkSets\Metric\Standards\OpenPlant\Isometrics\styles\IFC\config - Open style.cfg file and add the following entry at the end of the file. Save
IE_2D_FLATTEXT=1 - Again extract the dwg with the same edited style file and verify the result.
