Overview
From OpenPlant Update 9 release of OpenPlant Project Administrator, new nomenclature has been introduced in CONNECT Services for the handling of design data in PlantSight to be used with OpenPlant Modeler CE or OpenPlant PID CE.
Background
In OpePlant Project Administrator, till previous versions, the naming for the CONNECT Services tools is shown below

The new nomenclature is shown as follows

Notice the following things
>> Provision is replaced by Setup
>> Import is replaced by Upgrade
>> iModel Link is replaced by Link to iTwin

Steps to Accomplish
>> Setup

- This tool only gets enabled when the workset is Associated with the PlantSight Project. Please go through the following wiki link

- This option configures the selected workset with the imodel/iTwin stored in plantsight. To configure, click on the option.
- The OpenPlant iTwin setup workset wizard will open. Click on next as shown

- Select the desired iModel/iTwin with which the workset is to be configured as shown

- This will evoke the processing window which are pushing all the available data to the iTwin as shown

- The window for a successful setup will now be evoked. To Proceed, click on Finish as shown.

Note: Without his “Successfully setup” message, no one can proceed further.
>> Upgrade

1. This option imports updated schemas to an already set up iModel bank. If the user updates/modify any schemas, then this option is used to update the iModel bank.
2. The Option will only get enabled when the setup is done successfully ( as shown above).
3. Once clicked, the configuration will read some schema differences in previous & modified. Users will get the dialogue as

4. The upgrade processing dialogue will now open. Wait until the changes been pushed to iTwin as shown

5. Click on Finish to exit the dialogue as shown.

Note: One can also see the changes done or upgraded by clicking on a detailed log above.

1. This option lets the user link the associated workset to the already setup iTwin. As the Admin had already pushed the schema changes to the iTwin ( as discussed above), there is no need to setup again for the user. The process is simply a link in workset & no schema interference.
2. To link, click on Link toiTwin & click on Yes as shown.

3. Select the iTwin to link with the associated workset as shown

4. Now, the message for link successful will evoke. Click ok to proceed as shown.
