【问题概述】
当创建工厂基础时候，选择Heat Exg/Horz Vessel Foundation时候，计算时候给出下面的Error错误：
[ERROR] FOOTING FAILED IN SLIDING & OVERTURNING CHECK, INCREASE PLAN DIMENSIONS
而改变基础的尺寸，计算仍然给出这个提示。
【解决方法】
这是由于模型中存在参数错误，再Footing Geometry页面下，输入的Water Table Depth 值是错误的。
Water Table Depth:Depth of the water tables measured from the ground level. This level is used to calculate buoyant force on the footing. 水位测量深度从地面水平。该值是用来计算基础的浮力。
因此该值应该是正值。这里一定要输入正值。问题中的错误，正式由于输入的 地下水值为负值导致的错误。修改后，计算正常。
