When using the AssetWise Inspections mobile app it's important to understand that all changes must be synced. The most common reason an inspector would need to sync the iPad with the database is if a change has been made to their working set.
Working sets can be changed through the desktop application or the mobile device, but either way the change must be synced in order for the update to be present on both systems.
iPad Sync Example:
Ensure the iPad is connected to the internet and press the Sync button.
If you are not connected to the internet or there is another type of error when attempting to sync, the following message will appear:
