Problem

When an user creates a defect on Locator and is filling Defects Details the defect Asset Modification field has no values and

gets "FRM-41830 List of Values contains no entries" error message.

Solution

The LOV (List of values) is empty because the values are end-dated for that Asset Modification field. Open HIG9120 form and find ASSET_MODIFICATON domain there and create new values for that domain.
