Problem

An user has uploaded some documents related to MAI defects (Maintenance Inspection Loader), but these documents are not seen in the system.

Solution

Usually, users have to wait to for some time to see documents/attachments which were uploaded.
There are several back end processes that need to complete before the JPG file becomes visible in the system,
if a user tries to view a jpg immediately after a successful Maintenance manager inspection load it is likely that the jpg will not have been loaded.
The loading of the inspection is stage one and that creates the document record, but it can take up to an hour (or more in some circumstances)
 for the second process to have loaded the jpg against that record as the processes are independently scheduled.
