Background
How to find Map Viewer log files
Steps to Accomplish
- Log in to Exor Forms->Launchpad->Exor->Reference Data->Product Options
- Enter Query mode->type ‘WMP%’-> Execute query->In option ID column ->WEBMAPSERV-> copy the URL and paste it in IE browser (removing last word in URL till 1st forward Slash (/) )

- You will be navigated to the MAPVIEWER-> Click on Admin-> Enter Credentials and click login
- Click on Configuration-> A xml file will be displayed in window

- Check if the logging_log_level=”Finest”, if not then please set it to finest
- Copy the File Location, displayed above the config and navigate to that location on the server(Server name is specified in the Product options form ->WEBMAPSERV->URL), navigate 1 to 2 levels above the File Location to find the LOG folder -> copy the latest log generated and send it to Bentley support if requested
