Problem Description

Loading an Inspection fails with error message

ORA-20041:Error Occured While Creating eB DOCS Entry: ORA-06508:PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called

Steps to Resolve

The cause could be an unstable program unit nm3_doc_man

Please contact Bentley Support to recompile the package.

When this has been confirmed, query back the Inspection Batch in the Maintenance Inspection Summary\Error Correction form ( MAI4405), highlight the inspection that failed by selecting and then choose the Re-Submit Inspection button.  The module previously failing required should then be available to complete the task
