Problem

The user is trying to load documents in bulk for an asset. When the process was submitted in HIG2510, a runtime error 'process has terminated abnormally' appears. The process was not created and the .zip file was not copied to the destination folder.

Solution

This might happen because of an incorrect version of the webutil.plx file. On the application server check if the bin directory contains the correct version of webutil.plx.  Please contact Bentley Support for confirmation of the current version's date / size.
