IM4 TMA reports not running

Issue

Some IM4 TMA reports (eg Notice Warnings Report) which run on monthly basis are not running, when users open them no data is shown.

Solution

TMA Interactive Reports Refresh process has stopped and is need to be restarted on HIG2520 Process Monitor form. Open HIG2520 form, find TMA Interactive Reports Refresh process there and start it by pressing ‘Run Now’ button. IM4 TMA reports become available for user after the process outcome become ‘Success’.
