Users have found that when they try to run the Apex reports they get the following error

REP-50003: The parameter value is invalid: desformat=pdf.

The user was able to run this in the past so something has changed.

Bentley have found that if a user changes their password and included characters like £ % or ", the next time they try to run a report they see the above error.

It is recommeneded that they do not use these special characters when setting their passwords, if they do and get the above error they will need to reset their password and not inculde these characters.
