Problem

When user tries to send notice, in TMA3000 error message appears:

Server was unable to process request. ---> The configuration section cannot contain a CDATA or text element.

Solution

Go to Organisations and Districts form

Query the orgranisation that cannot receive the notices

Copy Notice URL

Paste it in Notepad (do not use Notepad++, Word, WordPad)

Delete Notice URL in OD form

Paste the URL from Notepad to Notice URL field

Save

Retry sending Notices in TMA3000
