When running the forms application the user gets the below error:
The user is generally advised to restart the Application
This error normally comes up if a user has just happened to lose connection to the network/internet.
The system tries to re-establish a connection but it fails.
If a lot of users report it at the same time, it could indicate an issue with the servers or network, in these cases it is advised to check with IT department
