Problem

When a user tries to create a document from template on DOC0120 form and selects a particular template from LOV then ‘FRM-40212 Invalid value for field D_TEMPLATE_NAME’ error is appearing.

Solution

Check if a new Exor user account is listed in DOC0202 form to that particular Document Template
